Welcome to our Mental Health Programs and Services. 

Adult Mental Health Program: Our Adult program focuses on those patients that have mild to moderate depression, anxiety, stress, grief counselling and may include assessing socioeconomic concerns. We provide supportive group and 1:1 individual counselling with our Social Workers. Counselling is based on the brief counselling model that involves 1-3 visits and focus on your immediate concerns.

Children and Youth Mental Health Program: Our Children and Youth program is provides counselling to children and youth aged 4-17 and/or caregivers. We provide comprehensive assessments, recovery plans, and therapy with our compassionate team of social workers. Sometimes, people need a little help to feel good about themselves or to learn how to cope with difficulties in their lives.
Our sessions are flexible according to the needs of children, youth, and their caregivers. 

You may self-refer if your physican is a provider of the Owen Sound Family Health Team.
